Assessments & Estimates

Pricing Structure

Any work requested outside the agreed scope may require a written change order and additional cost.

Scheduling & Delays

Project schedules are estimates and may be affected by weather, inspections, material lead times,
subcontractor availability, permit approvals, or unforeseen site conditions.

Forge & Frame is not responsible for delays caused by factors beyond our reasonable control.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information regarding site conditions,
access, utilities, and any known hazards.

Failure to disclose relevant conditions may result in additional costs, delays, or changes to scope.

Warranty & Workmanship

Forge & Frame warrants its workmanship in accordance with the terms outlined in the written contract.
Manufacturer warranties for materials or equipment are provided by the respective manufacturers.

Warranty coverage does not extend to normal wear and tear, misuse, lack of maintenance,
or work performed by others.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Forge & Frame General Contracting shall not be liable for
indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or provided services.

Liability, if any, shall be limited as specified in the applicable written agreement.
