How We Price Projects

We offer both fixed-price bids and cost-plus project structures, depending on scope and complexity. Fixed bids are used when scope is clearly defined. Cost-plus is used when flexibility or unknown conditions make it the smarter approach. All projects begin with an assessment to determine the appropriate structure.
